Alexander Morgan, 104, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 at Englewood Tidewell Hospice in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Alexander was born to Alfred and Emiline Morgan on June 2, 1915 in Jamaica, West Indies, migrated to London in 1952 and later moved to Port Charlotte in 1983 from Brooklyn, New York. Alexander was a man of faith and a true Evangelist. He loved helping people especially those he visited in nursing homes. He loved to cook, bake, pottery and enjoyed gardening but most of all he loved spending his time with his family and friends whom he loved dearly. He will be missed dearly by all who loved and knew him.

Survivors include his nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and great grand nieces and nephews, his sister in laws and cousins.

Visitation will be held 6:00PM-8:00PM, Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM, Friday, October 18, 2019 at Community Life Church in Port Charlotte. Entombment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte, FL.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contribution may be made to Tidewell Hospice Inc. 5955 Rand Blvd. Sarasota, Florida 34238.
