Shirley Lazare-Raphael, family & the Lazare Family left a message on January 29, 2021:
The Lazare and Raphael family extends our deepest condolence to the Oboute family. We have been friends for many years despite being in different states and Fr. Oboute was such a strong pillar in our lives and our community. We feel the weight of losing him. The loss is deep, but temporary. We trust in the Lord's promises that we will see Fr. Oboute again. Until then, we will keep you in prayer, Mommy Rose and all our brothers and sisters. May the peace of God shelter you.
