ANNA R. CROFT, 78, of Punta Gorda, Florida died Friday, August 24, 2012 at Peace River Regional Medical Center, Port Charlotte, Florida.

Anna was born May 1, 1934 in Many, Louisiana and moved to Florida in 1987 with her husband, Robert in 1990 from Littleton, Colorado. She was a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church.

Survived by her loving family, her husband of 56 years, Robert L. Croft of Port Charlotte; two sons, Robert E. Croft of Littleton, CO and James D. Croft of Denver, CO; a sister, Erline Godwin of Lake Charles, LA; 5 grandchildren, Kaela, Brandon, Sabrina, Marc and Amanda Croft.

Memorial services will be held Thursday 2:00 PM, August 30, 2012 t the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church, 20175 Quesada Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952. Rev. Brian James will officiate. Interment will be held at a later date in Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.

Dear Bob and family Received the sad news from Erline and we are so sorry for your loss. Remember the good times we had when we were much younger and we would meet you all at your house and then take in a football game in Baton Rouge. That is just one instance.
