I didn't know this site was here, so I'm just now posting to it. - - - This woman is one of the most loving mothers to ever walk the face of this tired old earth. She worked two full time jobs to care for her 3 children, as a secretary during the day, and as a waitress at night. She would come home from her second job sometimes and fall asleep with her clothes on, but her children always had clothes and books, . . . and a microscope if they wanted it. Then when she remarried, she put herself through college, earning a bachelor's degree, and then a master's degree in business administration. Yet she always had time for her children, whether to help them understand the definition of a new word, or to discuss their intimate problems. And she loved her step children just as her very own. She loved the Lord and prayed often for many people. She helped her children to learn to love God in their own way and to be loving to others. Mom, we will miss you soooooo much, . . . I think about you often, . . . and sometimes I start to call you .... but i know that you are in the Lord's loving care, and that gives me great comfort. You made such a huge and wonderful impact in the lives of your step-children, Shelly and Lance, as much as you did with your natural children, and the care and love will reverberate throughout eternity. Rest Peacefully in the arms of the Lord, Mom, until that Glorious Day when He wipes away all tears, and ends all pain, for those that abide in love. I love you sooooo much,..... Your son, E. J.

Fred--You and Becky were some of the most welcoming to my mother and me when we first joined Golden Years. My mother, 92 with moderate Alzheimer's, was a handful for me and I was overwhelmed and scared most of the time. But both of you, with your warm and caring personalities and greetings, made us feel welcome and gave me the confidence that I could care for Mom. We will remember you both fondly. Our hearts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. God bless. Bonnie
