Berly E. Toby, 34, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Friday, July 3, 2009
at his residence.

He was born October 31, 1974 in Brooklyn, New York and moved
to Port Charlotte in 2003 from Gainesville, FL. He was a dental assistant working in
Sarasota. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother and will be missed very much.

Survived by his loving wife Wanda M. Toby, of Port Charlotte; a son, Nicholas Enoc Toby of Port Charlotte; a daughter, Juliana-Marie Toby of Port Charlotte; two brothers Endy Toby of Tampa and Hervey Toby of Cape Coral; his parents, Marie-Jeanne Toby and Rev. Enoc Toby of Port Charlotte; his mother in law, Juliana Morisseau

A Prayer Service will be held Friday 6:30 PM, July 10, 2009 at Eben-Ezer Haitian Baptist Church, Port Charlotte. Funeral services will be held Saturday 10 AM
July 11, 2009 at the First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
