She was born May 6, 1938 in Jamaica, West Indies and moved to Port Charlotte in 2005 from Stamford, CT. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, who will be missed but not forgotten. She was a member of Punta Gorda Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survived by two daughters, Cherry Prawl-Reeves and Sharon Prawl-Stephens both of Port Charlotte; a son, Kenneth Simpson of North Port; three grandchildren Delano Stephens, Anthony Stephens, and Tiana Stephens.
Visitation will be from 10:00AM until 11:00AM with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00AM, Sunday, March 20, 2016 at the Punta Gorda Seventh day Adventist Church, 1655 Taylor Road, Punta Gorda, FL. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
