She was born May 29, 1923 to the late Claude and Alice (nee: Zimmerli) Lefler and moved to Punta Gorda in 1988 with her late husband, William Henry Zimmerman. After her husband’s death she moved back to Maryland.
Survived by her loving family, two daughters, Peggy L. Holcomb of Sun City, AZ and Patricia Lewis of Annapolis, MD; a son, Frederick Cade, Jr. of Clarksburg, MD; a sister, Margaret Gray of Scottsdale, AZ; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
