Born October 28, 1964 in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Brenda was the owner and operator of a beauty salon in Sanford.
Survived by a son, Payton E. Iles of North Fort Myers; her father, Robert L. Hoenes of Port Charlotte; and a sister, Barbara Rayes of Port Charlotte.
Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 PM, June 23, 2014 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.

My dear sweet friend. Oh, how my heart broke to hear of this world losing you. You were always a sweet presence where ever you were. Although I haven't seen you in many years. I remember the fun loving times we had. How we laughed. You were the most amazing hair stylist I've ever known. I just heard of our loss Friday. Over a year since you've gone on to heaven. My prayers are with Peyton and your family. I can remember when you brought him over to my house when he was born we just stared at him saying how beautiful he was. Words can not describe the heartache I feel at the loss of a very wonderful friend and riding partner. Brenda lived life and enjoyed every minute of time spent with her friends. She always maintained a positive outlook on everything and it was a great day for anyone who was lucky enough to share her presence. I will miss my little blondie, but she will never be forgotten by the many people she touched with her kindness and thoughtfulness. You're riding on the wings of angels now but I can still hear those Dyna pipes roaring. I have known Brenda for about 10 years now. She was a sweet lady and always had a smile on her face. Even when I moved to TX when I went back to FL I would go see her and she would usually end up doing my hair. We had some really awesome timebase at her shop. She will be missed but god had scored a new angel.

I was very sad to hear of Brendas passing and although it has been 20+ years since I've seen her I will always think of her as my first true love! She was a very caring,sweet and beautiful woman. There was no one better as a Hairstylist than her and she had the clients to prove it! She was a free spirit and I believe she lived a full life. I was glad to see what a pillar of her community that she became.My deepest condolences to her family and her son. RIP "Lil B"
