Calvin was born September 10, 1928 in Fairfax County, Virginia and moved to Port Charlotte 8 years ago from Virginia. He was a retired supervisor for ADT Security Company. He was a member of Andrew Chapel Methodist Church, Elks Lodge, Moose, VFW and American Legion.
He is survived by his loving wife, Jeri Lowe of Port Charlotte; a brother,
Lewis Lowe of Shendoah Valley, VA; five daughters, Joyce Leigh Gross of Vienna, VA, Robin R. Wyman of Port Charlotte, Mary E. Roof of Manassas, VA, Carol A. Magarity of Delaplane, VA, Debrah Deppen of Hagerstown, MD; two sons, Ralph Leigh
Of Lake Anna, VA, Robert Leigh of Reedville, SC; 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; Preceded in death by his first wife
Mildred Leigh, this two brothers, Paul Lowe and Leon Lowe. 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren
There will be a memorial service at a later date in Virginia
