He was born September 16, 1926 in Lowell, Massachusetts to the late George and Elizabeth Whalen Lowe. Carl moved to Florida 25 years from Lowell. He was a retired house painter and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
He is survived by three daughters, Carletta A. Klementovich of Bartlett, NH, Gail Yates of Dracut, MA and Gay Lowe of Fort Lauderdale, FL; a son, Wayne Lowe of Manchester, NH; three sisters, Helen Finnegan, Phyllis Bynowski and Lorraine Gaffney all of NH; a brother, Ray Lowe of MA; 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by an infant son, William Lowe and a daughter, Elizabeth Mann.
Memorial services and interment will be held at a later date in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Lowell, MA. Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to sign the memory book and extend condolences to the family. Arrangements by Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.
