Carl Lee Price, 69, of Port Charlotte, Florida, died Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port Charlotte.

He was born December 31, 1937 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and moved to Port
Charlotte 25 years ago from there. He has a passion for stock car racing and has been racing for years. He also enjoyed fishing and boating as a hobby. He served in the U.S. Army and has a Bachelors degree in science.

Carl is survived by his loving family, wife, Mary Ann Price, two sons, Terry L Price, of Port Charlotte and Christopher C. (Dan)Price, of Myrtle Beach, SC., two stepsons, John B. (Chrissy) Witherell of Bushnell, Fl. And Bob K Witherell of Port Charlotte, one step daughter, Julie A. Dennis of Port Charlotte, four brothers, Brady (Jo) Price of Oklahoma City, Cletus (Deliah) Price of Oklahoma City, Bill (Phyllis) Price of Portland, Oregon, and Tony (Kay) Price of Oklahoma City, one sister Nancy (Dan) Bird of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is preceded in death by two loving sisters, Colleen Howard and Mablene Adams.
