Carol was my first cousin but she was also one of my closet friends when we were growing up. I remember many sleep overs, board games in the garage on rainy summer days, and card games on the porch. She was a very good card player! Our families were very close and we spent many happy vacations together at Clinton Beach and Cape Cod. Carol was a very gracious hostess who was so kind and thoughtful to my dad. We always enjoyed visiting Carol and Bill when we came to Florida. We will miss her and our times together. She was a great cousin, friend and person.

Carol was wise, practical, incredibly knowledgeable on a variety of topics, and always willing to offer a hand or give advice. I enjoyed visiting her and Bill, whether it was their home in Guilford, Wayland, or Port Charlotte. I am grateful for the Thanksgivings we shared and I will miss her.
