Carol Ruth Attilio, 79, of Port Charlotte, FL, passed peacefully on April 12, 2024, at Tidewell Hospice Sarasota, Florida.
Carol was born December 26, 1944, in Rockford, Illinois to the late Gladys and Alfred Goodwin. After graduating from high school, Carol Attended beauty school enjoying a long career as a beautician/hairdresser at various salons.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and grandbabies, watching General Hospital, and enjoying a delicious meal.
Carol is survived by her husband, Richard Attilio; children, James (Wendy), Kevin and Tim; siblings, Paul Goodwin; grandchildren, Amanda (Sean), Sarah, Brittany, Caitlin, Aaron, and Devin along with many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren who she had the opportunity to spend time with.
She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister, Frances.
A Memorial Service will be held for Carol at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 26th at Roberson Funeral Home, 2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948.
