Charles was born September 7, 1946 in Troy, New York and moved to Punta Gorda 10 years ago from East Nassau, New York. He was a Vietnam veteran serving proudly for the U.S. Army. Charles was a truck driver for many years working hard while traveling many different states. He was a member of the V.F.W. Post 5690 in Port Charlotte. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend and will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 Years, Joanne M. Hepp; 4 sons, Charles B. Hepp, Jr. and John V. Hepp of Port Charlotte, FL, Charles F. Galusha of Witervliet, NY and Karl D. Galusha of Lebanon Valley, NY; 2 daughters, Stacy A. Smith of Wynantskill, NY and Tina M. Martell of New Smyrna, FL; a sister, Patricia Herron of Ballston Lake, NY; 19 grandchildren, Fia, Sonny, McKenzie, Cameron, Olivia, Michael, Legrand, Shane, Kaylin, Aminika, Sammy Jo, Justin, Sam, Kostin, Jessuah, and Kadin; and four great-grandchildren, Colby, Connor, Dameon and Aiden.
