I am saddened to hear of Chip's passing. I was an employee of Charlotte County Schools and Chip was always a shining presence in our schools. We always chatted about Harvey, Illinois since we both were born in that city! He was a sweet and kind gentleman and will be missed. Sympathy to Chip's family and our community also. He was a great locksmith, whom we called on many times! Cynthia "Cindy" Weant
