Chip Warren Meyers, 77, passed away peacefully on May 2, 2025, at his residence in Punta Gorda, Florida.
Chip was born on March 10, 1948, to the late Norman Edward and Ellen Florence (Dougherty) Meyers. Chip was a US Navy veteran, dedicated locksmith for 50 years and was known for his selflessness and random acts of kindness.
He was the devoted husband of Loretta, loving father of Chad Meyers and Chase Meyers and grandfather to Hudson and Harrison Meyers. Chip was a US Navy veteran, dedicated locksmith for 50 years and was known for his selflessness and random acts of kindness. He was always there for his family, teaching us the importance of right and wrong and what a blessing each day was. Chip’s willingness to help others and quiet strength made him a beloved figure in our community.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday May 7, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Roberson Funeral Home 2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, Florida 33948. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to the start of the service at 11:00 AM.
