Linda & Family, So very sorry to hear of the passing of Buddy. I grew up on Payne St. where the Hettingers lived and was a playmate of both Buddy and Suezette. Our parents were friends as well. Please accept my deepest sympathy and know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Mary Lee

I worked with, fished with and played Softball with Louie (Buddy) for a lot of years and we had some really good times. I'm sure he will be truly missed by friends and Family. I hope this poem will bring you some comfort. A New Life Our loved ones don't die, they start a new life instead! They haven't left us, they've just gone on ahead! We will miss and grieve them, while we're still alive But they're waiting, with open arms, for us to arrive! The emptiness and pain, in our hearts, is hard to bear But their loving memories will comfort us there! We must look to our family and friends, to lend a hand And help us on our journey, 'til we leave this mortal land! Our love still grows for the special people we miss, Because we still feel the warmth of their touch or kiss! So, you see, they are still with us in so many ways, And their love will give us strength 'til our final days!! by Charles R. Beaven Jr.

Linda, so sorry for your loss. I worked with Louie for 32 1/2 years and had many laughs during that time. Louie played co-ed softball on our team for many years and was well thought of by all. He will be missed. I wish we all could have gotten together over the last years since he retired, but no one would return our messages. I hope his last years were good to him. He was a nice guy.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Louie, Thank you for 31 wonderful years. You taught me so much. You taught me how to be strong when I was weak. You taught me how to laugh when I wanted to cry. You made my dreams come true when I never expected them to. You taught me how important it is to show love without saying it every day. You took care of me when I was sick. You made me feel safe, both financially and physically. You will always be my best friend. I miss you so much. I will love you always. Linda
