Connie was born to Woodrow and Betty Hale on December 18, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio. Connie was a woman who enjoyed life to the fullest. She was the Commodore for the Port Charlotte Yacht Club. Connie was a registered nurse in Dayton, OH and subsequently, a home health nurse of Southwest Florida. She was an avid golfer, an expert shopper and a huge collector of shoes and purses. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her loving husband of 34 years, Bert Shubert; her son, Eric (Mindy) Robinson; her mother, Betty Hale; 3 sisters, Debbie Spears, Kathy (Kenny) Roberts and Karen Cox; her brother, Donald Hale and 2 grandchildren, Isabella and Maya.
Visitation will be held 10:00AM-11:00AM with a funeral service to follow at 11:00AM, Friday, October 27, 2017 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Entombment will follow to Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte, FL.
Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family. Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
