Consuelo “Connie” Brigham Indorf, 76, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Monday, September 15, 2014 in Port Charlotte.
She was born June 13, 1938 to Clifton and Ada Brigham in Hinsdale, Illinois and moved to Port Charlotte in 2000 from Normal, Illinois. A loving and devoted wife and mother. Connie graduated from Lyons Township High School in Las Grange, Illinois. She attended the University of Colorado, where she was a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority. Connie left CU to serve the passengers of United Airlines as a flight attendant.
Connie married Ellwin Indorf on September 3rd, 1960 in Denver, Colorado. She was well known for her great smile, quick wit, and her competitiveness on the golf course. Connie excelled at the art of listening, hand written notes, and was a true friend to many people. Connie made her true impression on everyone who knew her well from the kitchen, where she was an accomplished chef, and where she truly made the world’s best chocolate chip cookies and desserts.
Survived her loving husband, Ellwin L. Indorf of Port Charlotte; a son, Scott A. Indorf of Miami Shores, FL; four grandchildren, Ryan, Kathryn, Andrew and Luke; Aunt Marion Brigham and cousins, Brenda Burgess, Cliff Brigham and Leigh Williams; Preceded in death by her son, Jay Indorf.
