Cynthia Mary “Cindy” Duff, 75, Passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Tidewell Hospice House in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Cindy was born in St. Paul, Minnesota to the late  Vincent John Koenke and Mary Ann Koenke(Pankake). Cindy was one of eight siblings in the family.

For over 20 Years Cindy volunteered at the Port Charlotte Cultural Center, where she poured her heart into creating spectacular floral and shell arrangements and decorating the unique “Tea Room” enjoyed by many visitors. Her time and commitment as a volunteer were among her greatest accomplishments, and she spoke of it frequently even years after the Cultural Center closed its doors.

Cindy’s kind and thoughtful spirit will be remembered and missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her children,  Son, Michael Duff and Daughter, Suzanne Duff, who will always be grateful for their selfless, witty, and charming Mom.
