He was born February 23, 1953 in Watertown, New York and moved to Port Charlotte in 2008 from Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Dale was a physical therapist for Peace River Regional Center of Port Charlotte. He was an Episcopalian.
Survived by his loving family, his parents, Samuel & Rose Thompson of Port Charlotte; two sisters, Kathy Agett of New York and Terese (Tom) Heisler of Cape Code, MA; two brothers, Larry (Tina) Thompson of Bel Air, MD and Richard Thompson of Atlanta, GA; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Cape Vincent, New York. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
