He was born on May 24, 1968 in Leominster, Mass., to parents Joan and Albert Sensley of North Port, Florida. Darren was married to Kristin Curley Sensley of Michigan. The couple has a child, Albert James “AJ” Sensley. Darren was a recent transplant to Florida and worked as a certified heating and air-conditioning technician. An avid traveler, Darren served four years in the United States Navy. He loved to play a good round of golf, and looked forward to teaching his son the sport.He will be fondly remembered by many for his infectious smile and rich New England accent.
Darren is survived by his wife, Kristin; son Albert; parents, Albert and Joan; brother, Henry Joel Sensley; a niece, Simone LeBlanc and a multitude of uncles, aunts, cousins and a plethora of friends and relatives.
A visitation will be held 10:00am-11:00am followed by a funeral service at 11:00a.m., on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family. Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Home & Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.

So So Sorry to hear of Darren ' s passing. He was a Beautiful Man. I'll never forget the day I met Darren. I was out at Boomers at the time enjoying some music. An this couple on the dance floor was so Beautiful. It was Darren an Kristin, mean every move they made in there dance was so beautiful. It was like they were talking to each other without words in a loving caring way they danced. Before they sat down, I walked up to them an said, I know you don't know me but that was so beautiful you both need to be married. I'll never forget Darren an Kristen looked at each other and laughed then looked at me an said we are planning on getting married. We all were total strangers that night. But we talked for a while I know Kristen Loves Darren very much an Darren was a kind hearted man an he Loved Kristen as well. So Sorry God called for Darren so soon. Trust me A J you have A Very Special Angel now. I know you rather daddy here so would we all, but God needs him to now. Rest in Peace Darren I know you will keep a watch full eye over your family.
