Survived by his beloved family, two daughters Brooke Leah Clark and Amber Marie Brewer, both of Jacksonville, FL; a step-son, Cory C. Chance of Jacksonville, FL; mother, Virginia M. Clark of Englewood, FL; one brother, Bradley J. Clark of Charlotte, NC; three sisters, Jennifer Wilson of Sarasota, FL, Deborah Block of Boone, NC, and Robin Ewing of Punta Gorda, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald N. Clark.
