Donald was born July 7, 1935 in New Castle, Indiana, and became a full time resident of Port Charlotte in 1989. A former resident of Westport, Indiana, Donald, a retired training engineer for Cummings Diesel Engines, was a member of the Masonic Order, and an avid Shuffle Board Player.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Martha A. Norris; three sons, Mike (wife Edie) Norris of Westport, IN, Dan (wife Ruth) Norris of Butlerville, IN, and Mark Norris of St. Paul, IN; one daughter Dianna Greeson of Greenwood, IN; his father, Oscar B. Norris of Port Charlotte, FL, two brothers, Charles E. (wife Pat) Norris of St. Cloud, FL and Jerry L. (wife Marlene) Norris of Canyon, CO; 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Dorothy A. Norris in 2005.
