He was an electrical engineer for many years working for the General Electric Company. He was a radiation specialist for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Raleigh, North Carolina. He was an outstanding husband to his wife and a wonderful friend to all who loved and knew him.
Donald is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Frances Richardson; a sister, Carol Lombard of Punta Gorda, FL and a brother, David Richardson of Long Beach, Mississippi.
