Dylan Matthew Rose, 13, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at All Children’s Hospital, St. Petersburg, Florida as a result of an automobile/bicycle accident.
Dylan was born July 15, 2004 in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was a 7th grade student at Port Charlotte Middle School.
He is survived by his loving family, his mother, Tasha Marie Rose of Port Charlotte; father, Brad Ronald Jack of Bradenton, FL; a brother, Ayden J. Mazzone of Port Charlotte; two half-brothers, Alex and Dallas Jack of Bradenton; a half-sister, Sara Jack of Bradenton; maternal grandmother Brenda Jean Rose of Port Charlotte; maternal grandfather, Duane Edward Horner of Port Charlotte; paternal grandmother, Vicki Jack of Bradenton; paternal grandfather, Robert Jack of Michigan; and many friends.
Funeral services will be held Sunday 2:00 PM, November 26, 2017 at the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church, 21075 Quesada Ave., Port Charlotte, Florida 33952. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte. Friends and family are invited back to the church after the interment for a reception and gathering to celebrate and remember Dylan’s life.
