Joyce was born August 16, 1922 in Zanesville, Ohio and moved to Port Charlotte in 1982 from Allen Park, Michigan. She was a member of the Twin Isles Country Club and the Mahjong Club both of Punta Gorda. She was an avid golfer who enjoyed the game just as much as a pro would. Her husband was her world and she will be missed exceedingly by him and by all who loved and knew her.

Survivors include her loving husband of 68 years, Richard W. Siemens; and several nieces and nephews.
