She was born March 19, 1926 in Jacobs Creek, PA., and moved to the Port Charlotte area in 1959. She was a former assistant Vice President with First Federal of Charlotte County and office manager for Virgil Settles. She served in the 3741st Womans Air Force from 1949-1950.
She is Proceeded in death by her loving husband Donald J. Hummel and her brother James L. Regotti. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy R. Huntt of Leesburg, FL., step-daughter, Dawn L. Thompson of Texas, step-son Robert J. Hummel of Florida, sisters, Catherine (Tom) Lane of Satellite Beach, FL., Roberta (Nick) Polidora of Greensburg, PA., and Mary J. (Vic) Costello of North Port, FL., 3 Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
