She was born August 25, 1927 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Joseph and Michaline Mikolajczak. Fermina moved to Port Charlotte in 1987 with her late husband, Edmund A. Zeczycki who died in 2010. She was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church of Port Charlotte.
Fermina is survived by her loving family, a daughter, Denise (Robert) Diluv of Port Charlotte; a sister, Alfreda Luell of Evington, VA; and a sister-in-law, Theresa Mikolajczak of Port Charlotte.
A memorial mass will be held Tuesday, April 3, 2018 10:30AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 21505 Augusta Ave., Port Charlotte, FL 33952. Private interment will be at Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, Florida.
