She was born May 11, 1944 in Knoxville, Tennessee and moved to North Port in 1995 from Toledo, Ohio. Gladys was a Registered Nurse. She worked in three hospitals in Toledo, Ohio and worked for Charlotte Regional Medical Center in Punta Gorda. Member of South Biscayne Baptist Church in North Port. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed so much, but not forgotten.
Survived by her loving husband, Charles W. Rust of North Port; a sister, Barbara Galatka of Toledo, OH; many nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by her parents, Vernon and Audrey Galbraith and her son, Danny Keller.
