Laura, Dean, & the kids left a message on March 15, 2015:
Aunt Gloria, How can I sum up all you meant to me, Dean, and the kids in just a few words? Your laughter and your smile were contagious and you lit up the room when you walked in. I'm eternally grateful for all you did for dad. You were his rock and I know the two of you (and Jackie) are looking down on us, watching over and loving us. I miss all of you so very much but I know you're all in a better place now and with us whenever we're yelling and screaming at the Giants. Love you, Aunt Gloria. You're the best!

We will always remember laughing with Gloria. And standing with her, hand over heart, while the National Anthem was played at the Giants super bowl. No, we weren't at the game. We were in our tv room eating pot roast and watching the game. Remembering looking forward to glo's arrival in fla because We knew we would have a blast. Having Gloria with us when we cruised Canada and New England one fall. Always correcting how my sweater was draped around me. "No, susan, don't tie it aound your waist, drape it over your shoulders. You look more preppie that way." She was such a trip. We could talk about the 1969 Mets and moan about what they turned into. Be at peace. Love, Susan and Kathy

One year, Gloria came to visit Blairsville Georgia with other friends. She and others stayed at our house. Our house in the mountains had three levels, and Gloria stayed in the fully contained basement. Maryann and Sara stayed on the main level, and Darlene and I stayed on the upper level. We had so many friends vacationing at that time, that Terry Wells, our next door neighbor was hosting people at her house as well. Gloria was a perfect guest, and we had a great time. But, when it got time to leave to go to a festival or craft fair, we kept forgetting Gloria. It happened to her twice. She was downstairs getting ready and we actually went off and left her. It became a joke, where we all would say, ok where's Gloria. Do you have her in your car??? God Bless you Gloria. Love Sue and Dar.

You were a friend to everyone you met. Many years had past between visits, but the minute we reconnected, it seemed like only weeks since I had seen you. Your smile and laugh will be in my memory always and even though I will miss you, I will know that you are at peace. God Bless you my friend.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Gloria, You were my golf buddy and my loving sister. We will miss your smile, generosity and the way you loved the entire family. You never held back when family was involved. Everyone who met you is saddened by your passing but there are lots of happy people in heaven who were there to greet you. We thank God that you are no longer in pain, but we will always miss you.

You were a friend to all you met. We lost touch for many years, but when we finally reconnected, it was as if only a few weeks had past. Your smile and laugh will be part of my memory always. I will miss you dear friend, but I know you are at peace and your suffering has ended.

You have touched the lives of so many people and will be missed by all. You will be remembered for your humor and generosity. Your smile would light up a room when you arrived, and everyone who met you could not help but love you. I will miss you my friend, but you are no longer in pain and your suffering is over, and that gives me comfort. The world has lost a wonderful person but heaven has gained an angel. Until we meet again, rest in peace my friend and God Bless You.
