Thinking of you Uncle Jim I have lots of memories when you and Aunt Sis would come and visit with all the storytelling and laughter. I'll miss her laughter and being able to call her, I loved to talk to her, she was alot of fun. I'll always hold in my heart visiting with her a few weeks before she passed away. Love, Russell

You have my deepest sympathy and love, Uncle Jim. I will miss Aunt Sis. She loved bingo, jigsaw puzzles, and card games and taught me many of them. I will surely think of her while I put a puzzle together. I am so glad Pat and I were able to be there to help celebrate her 80th birthday. Hopefully I will get to see you in the next year or so. Love, Mary Ann

Jim, I just read of Gwen's passing and am So Sorry for your loss. My parents Ada & Henry moved to Florida from Illinois in 1977 and became your neighbors. You both were such gracious friends & my mother, the fisherman of our family, loved fishing from your dock. You two looked after both my parents: When Dad & I went back north to move me down in 1980, you cared for my ailing Mother; And again when Dad had heart surgery in Sarasota, you watched over Mom, & Dad asked you to take their beloved dog to the vet for euthnasia; After my Dad passed Gwen was so helpful in supporting me while I made arrangements. We remained in touch over the years. Jim, you were such a loving husband, partner & friend to Gwen, & I know she loved you dearly. Gwen was a remarkable friend, and along with my parents, I too loved her dearly. Jim, please call me when you are able. Love Barbara 625-8507

Sad news in our morning paper, Jim. Dottie and I both were saddened to read of Gwen's passing. I don't know how one recovers from such an event. Time? We first met you both when your motor boat konked out in Charlotte Harbor in the late 1970s and our sail boat towed you back to our house. Later you were my mentor for learning the real estate sales business and we both considered you friends for many years. Some time drop by or call. John & Dottie 625-8459
