Helen was born March 9, 1926 in Saginaw, Michigan and retired to Port Charlotte in 1980 from St. Charles, Michigan. She was an avid Bowler and bingo player. She also enjoyed her crossword puzzles and loved to crochet. She was an adoring woman and will be missed exceedingly by all who loved and knew her.

Survivors include her loving husband of 65 years, Roy L. Demongey; a daughter, Janis Russ of Twin Lake, MI; 2 sons, Gary Demongey of Highland, MI and Dennis Demongey of St. Charles, MI; 3 brothers, William Pumford of St. Charles, MI, John Pumford of Murfreesboro, NC and Robert Pumford of Jamestown, NY; a sister, Ellen Northrup of Starke, FL; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
