James K. Fish, Jr., 67, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Friday, September 28, 2007 at Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care, Port Charlotte.

He was born June 9, 1940 in Iowa City, Iowa and moved to Port Charlotte 30 years ago from Palm Bay, Florida. James was a employed as a plumbing contractor for 18 years with Hyde Plumbing, Englewood, FL and became owner of the company for 11 years.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Clarice Fish of Port Charlotte; a brother, Gary Fish of Lake Wales, FL; two sisters, Shirley Richardson of Frostproof, FL. and Patricia Douglas of Fort Meade, FL. He is preceded in death by his loving daughter, Jamie Lynn Fish.
