June 27, 2009 in Port Charlotte.

He was born November 25, 1972 in Augusta, Georgia and moved to Florida
in 1980 from Augusta, Georgia.

James is survived by his loving family, his mother and step-father,
Julia M. Taylor-Adams and Dwight Adams of Port Charlotte; his father and step-
mother, James C. Taylor and Sally Taylor of Arcadia, FL; three daughters,
Reba Taylor of Port Charlotte, Fiona Taylor of Honesdale, PA and Natalie Taylor
of North Port; a son, James Dylan Taylor of Port Charlotte; a sister, Rene McLelland of North Port, FL; three step-sisters, Julie Toliver of Indianapolis, IN, Jennifer Betters of
Englewood, FL and Jamie Platt of Arcadia, FL; two brothers, Bobby Taylor and Lucas
Taylor of Port Charlotte; two step-brothers, David W. Adams of North Port and
Justin Platt of Arcadia; maternal grandmother, Julia K. Burnett of Augusta, GA;
significant other, Amy Trammell.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel followed by funeral services at 7:00 PM. Rev. Dr. Tobin R. Burnett will officiate.
