I am sorry you have lost both of your parents this past year. My mother, Susie Hawkins, was the older sister of Aunt Doris. Jane took such good care of Aunt Doris, and my sister and I would see her when we came to visit at the nursing home. It was a nice picture, and I remember her as a lovley lady. Your families will be in my thoughts. I am 91 years old now, and moved from Ohio to live with my daughter and her husband. Sincere sympathy. Susanna MeCarthy

Dear Chris, I am sorry so to hear about your mom's passing. I always thought your mom and dad were gracious hosts whenever I was at your house. I'm sure this has been a very difficult time for you, especially with losing both parents so close together. It is unfortunate that it is under these circumstance to be in touch with you after all these years. I think you actually live very near to my mom in Englewood. I'm usually there a couple times during the year. If you would like to get in touch, please feel free. My sincere thoughts of sympathy are with you and your family. Nancy (Robinson) Browning

Dear Cris, I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was a lovely lady and always fun to be around. I remember feeding the family of racoons that came into your backyard with your Mom and Dad. I loved your Mom's peanut butter pie. She was a great cook. I know you and your family will miss her very much. We are thinking of you during this very difficult time. Love, Bonnie & Bill

Hi Chris, So sorry to read about your Mom's passing today in the Blade. I told Bonnie and Nancy about it. I don't have Gail or Kathy's email address. Your Mom's picture was really nice in the paper. I am sorry to hear your Dad had passed also. We all will be thinking about your tomorrow and the rest of the week. If you want to catch up, sometime down the line, feel free to email. Your Friend, Ann Martin
