She was born March 31, 1927 in New Britain, Connecticut and moved to Punta Gorda in 1997 from Lebanon, CT Janette was a retired social worker for the Oswego County, New York.

Survived by three daughters, Janine Crane of Palermo, NY, Marilyn Tedoldi of Needham, MA and Cheryl Miller of Scotia, NY; Two sons, Geoffrey Geer and Stephen Geer both of Palermo, NY; a sister, Carolyn Dean of Madison, CT; Seven Grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed but not forgotten.
