He was born April 1, 1960 in Punta Gorda. Jerry worked for the Charlotte County School Board for many years. He was a loving son, father, brother, grandfather, uncle and friend to many. Jerry loved the Florida Gators.
Survived by his loving family, sons, Jeremy Bailey and Cory Boyd; daughter, Jenna Marie Bailey; sisters, Rose Holder and Brenda Qualls; brothers, Roy Lee Bailey and Odis Glen Bailey; his mother, Mary E. Ferrero and step father Rex. Granddaughter, Harper Ava Bailey; Many nieces and nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 6, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Roberson Funeral Home Punta Gorda Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home Punta Gorda Chapel. Interment and committal services will follow at Indian Springs Cemetery in Punta Gorda.
