Joan was born October 14, 1940 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and moved to North Port 19 years ago from North Attleboro, Massachusetts. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend and will be missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband, Andre Beaulieu; a daughter, JoAnn Netreba of Punta Gorda, FL; three sons, Scott L. Beaulieu of Alexandria, VA, Steven D. Frigon of Indianapolis, IN and Brian A. Beaulieu of Grove City, FL; three sisters, Rita Vincelette of South Attleboro, MA, Estelle Drolet of Pawtucket, RI and Marion Dube of East Providence, RI; a brother, Francis Cook of Norton, MA; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
