Joanne Marie Browne, 59, of North Port, Florida passed peacefully at
her home Friday, May 15, 2009

She was born on February 14, 1950 in New York, NY and moved to North Port one year ago from Vero Beach, FL where she worked for Riverside Bank in Fort Pierce,
FL. Before retiring to Florida she was a long time residence of Maybrook, NY and was a retired clerk for Orange County, New York. She was a member of San Pedro Catholic Church in North Port.

Survived by her loving children, a daughter, Maureen (husband- John) Joyce of North Port; and a son, Richard (wife- Jean-Marie) Browne of Warner Robins, GA.
five sisters, Alice (husband-Jerry) Bartow of Wisconsin, Ellen Neville of Boston, MA,
Elizabeth(Tim O’Dwyer) Prendagast of Mt. Kisco, NY, Kathleen Gibbons of Maybrook, NY, Christine Neville of Freeport, NY; three brothers, Thomas (wife- Lolly)Neville of Pensacola, FL, Peter (wife-Maureen) Neville of Danbury, CT and William (wife-Tina) Neville of Melbourne, FL; six grandchildren, Angela Joyce, Nicole Joyce Joseph Joyce, Dominic Joyce, Shaelin Browne and Alannah Browne; brother and sister-in-laws, Dorothy and Bill Christodoulou of Brooklyn, NY, Edward and Kathleen Browne of Minneapolis, MN, Thomas and Robin Browne of Georgia, Elizabeth and Peter Mignone of New Port Richey, FL. Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Joanne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be missed very much.
