I miss u my friend. I miss walking into the backyard and being greeted by your nice smiling face. Enjoying your yard, soaking in the sun's rays, the dogs running and birds singing. A year without you has been sad. Watching a football, baseball of soccer game, I find myself asking your son, what team would your father be rooting for. I know u are healthy and happy, u have the best seat there is. For us here, there is a sadness without you.

Our hearts were deeply sadden with John's passing. Valentine's was very special seeing all the hugs he got and I had the forthought to run get the door for you both that night and give him that last hug. Little did I know how much it would mean to me now. Seeing the love and devotion the two of you had was always something special too. John will be sorely missed, but he touched so many people with his smile and gentle ways. Love will always be in our hearts thinking of you both.

Mary, our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We will so miss John's smile and wave whenever we saw him. It was so heartwarming to see him having so much fun at the Valentine Dance. We have always been awed by his uncomplaining, positive attitude. He will be greatly missed by so many family and friends, but knowing he is in a better place will help everyone accept not seeing him. Take care Mary and know that we are thinking of you. John, We see your smile and wave like the first day we met you. There are not enough words to describe what a wonderful and caring man you have been to all of us and anyone who knows you and has ever met you will agree. John we will always remember how happy you where at the Valentines Dance. You were aglow. When you stood up to be honored as the proud veteran you were you brought tears of joy to our eyes. Mary, we are sorry for your loss of this wonderful man. Just remember he will always be watching you and be by your side. Love you, John & Joyce
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

It has been one of our greatest pleasures meeting and knowing Mr. John and Miss Mary. Mr. John's smile in any room was enough to melt your heart. Seeing him at the events in BSC and getting his wave and big smile from across the room would make our moments. Mr. John, your presence will be greatly missed and forever remembered. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. May you rest in peace knowing you were loved by so many.

When I first came to his family he was very welcoming. His sweet smile and gentle way made you feel at home in his presence. He treated me and my daughter like one of his own. I enjoyed talking with him and hearing his stories of growing up in Spain. John had the strongest determination and will of anyone I have ever know. Dearest John we will forever feel an emptiness without you. It was a pleasure and an honor spending time with you and Mary. Ava and I loved you. I find peace knowing you are in the arms of your son and in Gods home.
