Born February 23, 1932 in Toms River, New Jersey to the late Gertrude and Delbert Johnson, Juanita formerly of Brick Township, New Jersey moved with her husband John, to Port Charlotte in 1973. She had 20 years banking experience in Port Charlotte ending with Bank of America as a Branch Manager. Juanita a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church was also Director of the Pregnancy Crisis Care Line in Port Charlotte for two years. Juanita was a vibrant, loving woman, wife, mother and grandmother who will be forever loved and remembered by family and friends alike.
Juanita is survived by her children, John P. Maguire, Jr., Diane Maguire, Karen Maguire Evans, William Maguire, and Mary Maguire; grandchildren, Shawn, Jimmy, Jason, Melissa, Tim, Rebecca, Melissa, Christine, Jenny, Julie, Sarah, Jennifer, Kevin Jr., Suzanne, AJ, Samuel, Elijah, Robert, Joseph, and Danielle; great grandchildren, Berklee, Hayden, Ava, Dejah, Jaylce, Taylor, Mackenzie, Conner, Bethany, Elijah, and Aaron Joseph. In addition to her parents and siblings, Juanita was preceded in death by her beloved husband John, and sons Kevin, Robert and Patrick.
A Memorial Mass for Juanita will be held 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte. A private committal will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Homes & Crematory, Port Charlotte Chapel.

Anita took the Pregnancy Careline Center to a new level of caring. I remember the first time I met her shortly after she became the director. We spent about 4 hours together. I was impressed by how "young at heart" she was and her gentle nature.
I am reminded of my favorite Scripture: John 14: 1-3 “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You have faith in God; have faith also in me. In my Father’s house there are many dwelling places. If there were not, would I have told you that I am going to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back again and take you to myself, so that where I am you also may be.”
Anita's heavenly room was ready! May she rest in peace!

I met Anita 2 1/2 years ago when she became Director of Pregnancy Careline, and I was so impressed by her energy and mind. She had endless
