Judith Katherine Milford, 81, of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on the morning of April 28, 2025.

We take comfort in believing she was welcomed to heaven by her sister Dolores and twin sister Barbara in their care. She was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey to John and Catherine Kozzi and spent much of her adult life raising her children in North Dakota and Minnesota. Judy was always drawn to the water, the beach, and the lake being her favorite places. She is remembered for her energy, laughter, and sense of wonder.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband Robert Milford Jr., her three children Jennifer Smith Johnson, Kimberly Smith Spoden, Christopher Smith, her brother John (Joan) Kozzi, sisters Marjorie Annette, and Deborah (Stanley) Organek.  Her grandchildren brought her great joy: Vincent, Henry, Kayla, Cooper, Calvin, and Max. She cherished her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She will remain forever young in our hearts.
