Julie Ann Boatwright, 52, of Punta Gorda, Florida died Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Fort Myers, Florida.
Julie was born September 11, 1968 in Columbus, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2013 from Orient, Ohio. She was a secretary for D&L Removal and Transport, Inc., North Port, Florida.
She was a loving Mother, Wife, Daughter, Meemaw and Sister. Julie is survived by her husband, Michael; daughter, Shelby; mother, Pat and step-father, Bob; sister, Kathy; brothers, Robert & David; and grandsons, Gavin & Lyle.
Julie had a gracious heart and soul and had many interests, but nothing captured her heart more than her grandsons. She will be extremely missed but not forgotten.
A memorial service celebrating Julie’s life will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 1:00 PM at the River Haven Community Club House, 10100 Burnt Store Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33950.

Mike and Shelby, I was so sad to hear of Julie's passing. She was always a positive force who always had a smile. She live life to its fullest! She cherished those grandbabies and love you guys so much. We would share stories of my Crosley and her Gavin. Remember going to see Charlie Sheen here in Columbus??? Sarah and her had such a great time. Julie was always about a good time and fun. I pray she has found the peace she so deserves. When I come to Florida in October, I will think of Julie as I walk the beach. Hugs to you both.
