Survived by his parents, Martin and Beverley Smith of Ashville, North Carolina; His fiancé, Donna Lapton of Port Charlotte; a step daughter, Sarah Lapton of Port Charlotte; a brother, Marty (Wife-Penney) Smith of Dublin, New Hampshire; a sister, Connie(Husband-Bob) Jama of Transfer, PA; two nephews, Collin Smith and Nicholas Jama; two nieces, Megan Smith and Kaitlyn Smith.
