I have known Leo (Mickey) Doyle for more than 4 decades. We worked together on the Attleboro, Ma Police Department. When I read about his passing, my heart dropped for I liked Doyle and will miss him very much. He was a loyal friend to many and a dedicated Police Officer and was loyal to his brother officers. I have been out of touch with Doyle since his move to Florida but remember well many times we had during our tenure on the PD. Hope your in a good place Doyle. I am with you in spirit until forever. I knew Leo from his years at South Port Square. He was a friend of my mother, who was a resident there. Leo was always so kind and thoughtful to the residents and always put a smile on my mother's face. My prayers are with his family. It was a pleasure to have known him.

I had the pleasure of working with Leo at South Port Square where we both were drivers. Leo's gruff exterior only served to conceal the real teddy bear within, There were lots of fun times as we went about our daily routines. Thanks to Leo, I'm now an avid Sudoku fan. He was often to be seen working those puzzles while we waited for our next assignment. Although we didn't get to see much of each other since I left South Port, I thought of him often and exchanged stories of his exploits with other South Port employees. Thanks for the memories, Leo.
