She was born June 17, 1926 in Magnolia, Mississippi to the late Claude and Alma Van. She moved to Port Charlotte In 1971 with her late husband, Othar Crawford from Belle Glade, Florida. She was a member of the Port Charlotte United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great Grandmother that will be missed, but not forgotten.Survived by her loving family, a son, Mitchell (Chris) Crawford of Port Charlotte; Two fosters sons, Dennis Kinlaw of LaBelle, FL and David Kinlaw of Belle Glade, FL; a brother, Ronnie (Ada) Van of Mississippi; 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Othar, and son, Sonny Crawford; Visitation will be held from Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 10 AM to 11 AM at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel followed by Funeral Services at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
