Lesleigh R. Hershkowitz, 57, of Punta Gorda, Florida died Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital, Port Charlotte, Florida.
Lesleigh was born October 22, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Lester Harris and Zelda (Verdoodt) Rose. She moved to Florida in 2002 from New Jersey. She was a member of Temple Shalom of Port Charlotte.
She is survived by her loving family, her husband, Dr. Douglas Mark Hershkowitz; a daughter, Mara Hershkowitz; a son, Mitchell Herskhowitz; and sister, Zelda Rose.
Funeral services will be held Friday 2:00 PM, March 9, 2018 at Temple Shalom, 23190 Utica Ave. Port Charlotte, Florida 33980. Rabbi Solomon Agin will officiate. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte, Florida
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Temple Shalom. Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family. Arrangements by Roberson Funeral Home Punta Gorda Chapel.
