Lillian was born March 20, 1920 in London, England and moved to North Port in 1992 from Levittown, Long Island, New York. During World War II she served as an electrician in the Royal Air Force and was member of the British War Veterans in Levittown.
She is survived by her loving family, a son-in-law, Peter Bartolotta, 4 grandchildren, Heather (Faith) Bartolotta, Derek (Heather) Bartolotta, Adam (Danette) Bartolotta and Andrew (Sally) Bartolotta; and 6 great grandchildren, Autumn, Hailey, Cody, Arianna, Skylar, and Bailey, all of North Port. Lillian was preceded in death her husband, Benjamin Richard Giglio in 2008 and her daughter, Deirdre Bartolotta who passed away May 29, 2013.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday 2:00 PM, July 17, 2013 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Suncoast Human Society. Arrangements by Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel.
