Mary M. Selltitz, 89, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at The Windsor of Venice in Venice, Florida.

Mary was born to John and Delia Lenane on June 18, 1925 in Astoria, New York and moved to Port Charlotte in 1988 from Bethpage, New York. Mary was a member of Port Charlotte and North Port Yacht Clubs, American Legion Post 110, Elks lodge #2153, Eagles Club and Senior Singles all of Port Charlotte. She enjoyed life to the fullest and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew her.

Mary was survived by her daughter, Karen (Donald) Hallenbeck of Port Charlotte; her son, Mark B. (Joanne) Selltitz of Palm Harbor, FL; her brother, Robert Lenane of Roswell, GA; 5 grandchildren, Sean, Melissa, Kevin, Jameson-Lee and Melanie; 4 great grandchildren, Daniel, Mathew, Alyson and Airyana and her long time companion, William Morrison of Port Charlotte.

A visitation will be held 2:00PM-4:00PM, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Inurnment will be held at a later date in New York.

Mary was a kind and very cheerful person. She always took special care to watch our house when we were away. She would always have us stop by to socialize with her when we were in Port Charlotte. We will always have fond memories of her. Gerry and Leslie Borsuk
