She was born December 24, 1922 in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies to the late Ivanhoe and Adelaide (nee) Greaves Jones. She immigrated to the United States from Jamaica in the 1970s to the Bronx, New York and then moved to Florida in 1993. She retired from home healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was a Catholic.
She is survived by her loving family, daughters, Beverley E. Quallo of Coconut Creek, FL and Doreen Burrell of Port Charlotte; a son, Barrington Quallo of Ocala, FL; a sister, Carmen Sinclair of London, England; 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home the day of the funeral. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM, October 8, 2016 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel, 2151 Tamiami Trail, Port Charlotte, FL 33948. Entombment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
